Our coffee features Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí beans, grown at 1,000 meters elevation. This lower altitude produces larger, smoother beans with gentle acidity. Sourced from smallholders in northern Chiapas, near San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón, it delivers exceptional flavour in every cup.
