Minas single origin coffee showcases Fazenda Pinhal in Sul de Minas, Brazil. This 914-hectare estate won Brazil’s “most sustainable farm” title in 2019.
Savour notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel in every cup. We harvest the coffee from May to August, then mechanically pick and pulp the beans. After drying on patios for 10 to 14 days, the beans rest for a month. At the SanCoffee mill in San Antonio Do Amparo, the coffee is sorted using gravity tables and colour sorters before bagging it for export.
